The Civil Guard of the Morro Jable headquarters in Fuerteventura has completed its investigation into a brawl that took place in a local shopping centre. As a result, six people have been identified who are being investigated for their alleged involvement in the incident.
The incident occurred on February 9 in a well-known shopping centre in Morro Jable, Pájara. Given the social alarm that was generated, the Civil Guard of the main post of Morrojable carried out a thorough investigation. The recordings of the shopping center's surveillance cameras were obtained and analyzed, as well as the broadcast videos.

The modus operandi was always the same: they gained access to the farms by jumping over or breaking through the fence. All of the accused are neighbors of the affected communities, which allowed them to plan the thefts so that they would not be detected.
The Guardia Civil officers belonging to the ROCA team, specialised in the prevention and investigation of agricultural and livestock thefts, have taken a measure to intensify the prevention/investigation of rural thefts with the start of the fruit and vegetable season, especially avocados, and have been able to solve 22 thefts/burglaries in farms in different municipalities in the north of the island of Tenerife.
The crimes took place between September and February of this year, with the accused, neighbors of the area, gaining access to the interior of the farms, generally during daylight hours, by jumping over or breaking through the fence and stealing a total of 2,800 kg of avocados, 30 kg of potatoes, 10 kg of chestnuts, as well as various corrugated iron sheets used to support the vines, and loading everything into sacks that they stored in the vehicles they used to travel.
It turned out that the accused were neighbors from the area who had previously planned the raids on the various farms because they were very familiar with the area and knew at all times that the owners and employees were there. It should be noted that two of the alleged perpetrators were hunters who, due to their hunting skills, were able to make sure that no one was on the farm at the time of the crime.

- Between October and December 2024, the arrested person stole various items for sale from inside various commercial premises in Corralejo.
- The total value of the stolen goods was 5,000 euros.
The Civil Guard of the main post of Corralejo arrested a 29-year-old man on February 10, 2025 as the alleged perpetrator of a robbery with intimidation and seventeen theft offenses that occurred between October and December 2024 in the town of Corralejo.
